Parth Knolls has designated Five (5) Units as part of the Affordable Housing Program.
There are Four (4) 1-Bedroom Units and One (1) 2-Bedroom Unit as part of the program.
Parth Knolls has a NO Pet and NO Smoking Policy for ALL Residents.
Parth Knolls Residents are responsible for monthly electric charges, TV, Internet, and Telephone service. Additional fees apply for Additional Parking and/or a Storage Locker.
If you would like to inquire about availability, if you qualify for Affordable Housing at Parth Knolls, or to be placed on the Waitlist if a Unit is not available, you must complete and submit the Affordable Housing Inquiry Questionnaire HERE.

TWO-BEDROOM UNIT (Maximum - 3 Occupants)
2 Person Household Maximum Income $74,950.00 Monthly Rent is $1,882.00
3 Person Household Maximum Income $84,350.00 Monthly Rent is $2,109.00
